• Financial figures you enter, such as revenue, profit and owner compensation.
• Your name, email, phone number, contact preferences, selling timeline and any message you write.
• Campaign tags from the link you used to arrive (for example, which post or letter you saw).
• Basic technical data needed to protect the site from abuse. IP addresses are used for rate limiting and are not stored in readable form.

How we use it

• To calculate and display your preliminary valuation.
• To respond to you, including a confidential conversation if you request one.
• To keep a record of your inquiry in our internal client-management system.
• To understand which of our educational content is useful, using campaign tags that contain no personal or financial data.
• To send educational emails only if you separately opt in. Opting in is never required to receive your valuation.

Confidentiality and sharing

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored encrypted. Financial figures are never placed in web addresses or analytics tools. Access is limited to Blue Hawk personnel who need it to serve you.

Retention

The raw website submission is deleted automatically after it has been transferred to our records and a retention period has passed. Inquiry records are kept while we have a relationship with you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting info@bluehawkadvisors.com.
• We do not make automated marketing calls or texts.
